Behind Barry, across the moat, on the right of the photograph is the entrance to
the Ville Close.

Inside there is much scope for retail therapy, along with loads of cafes and resteraunts.

Janet checks the timetable for the ferry. Its beyond this archway and is a 2 minute
trip to the other side. It runs constantly during the day.

Looking across the bay towards Concarneau. This bay is ringed by wonderfull houses
but most will remain closed up until July.

Concarneau still has a large and active fishing fleet. Each morning at 0500 there
is a auction in the fish market.
|

This is the GR34 coastal footpath to the NW of the town. Unlike the SE section this
is heavily wooded and not really suitable for bikes, unless one likes a challange.
We rode 90% of the 30 Km we tackled.
