A view of the palace from the town. The rain has just stopped but dark clouds persist.

Entrance hallway with super desk and granite mosaic flooring.
Still got our cagoules on.

The swan room. The roof panels have been painted with swans. It is the original
banqueting hall.
Beautiful cabinet in the Swan room, Not sure about the animal heads though!
Inner courtyard with shallow mirror pool. Probably a
lovely cool spot on a hot
day.
Nice! Many of the rooms are decorated with tiles and each room has a theme. These
tiles have a geometric pattern.

Whilst we roam through the palace we note that the heavens have once more opened,
another deluge.

Royal crest, but why in the kitchen?.
Some of the kitchen's ovens and cooking range. The dark cupboard is a smoking chamber.
All of the fires must have created a horrible environment, and were it not for the
huge chimneys would have been unbearable.
